Cookies are little pieces of data that store particular information about a website visitor. For example, cookies record the information about the person’s device, browser, and the visitor’s overall behaviour online. However, as the cookie banner is disabled no tracking is loaded by default.

Privacy notice

This privacy notice explains how I process your data. I follow the Data Protection Act 2018 and information is stored for 7 years as per the guidance on the Information Commissioner's (ICO) website.

The data stored are names, addresses, email addresses, dates of birth, health information and any other information that is required in order to provide a treatment to both humans and animals.

I am required by law to obtain consent before proceeding with a treatment or workshop, and to not share personal information with third parties unless an emergency arises, or on social media unless approved by you, the client.

I am fully insured with Balens, registered with the Animal Healing Organisation (HAO) and International Association of Animal Therapists (IAAT).

I am also required by law to give people a clear way to raise a data protection complaint, acknowledge it within 30 days of receipt, and without undue delay, to take appropriate steps to investigate and keep people informed, and tell the complainant of the outcome.
